Transfer Policy
ACISD accepts “Out-Of-District” transfers Tuition Free. Transfer applicants must demonstrate they are not fleeing a discipline or attendance problem and will not require services that are unavailable in the district. ACISD is a TEA Recognized District with a strong academic, vocational, and journalism curriculum. ACISD heavily supports the curriculum with technology. The classroom curriculum is complimented with a wide variety of extra-curricular and elective choices. ACISD offers each student a free breakfast, has a closed campus at lunch, conservative dress code, and requires drug testing for all student drivers and participants in extra-curricular programs.
